Patrick Cheney, Director of Summer Hill, has his B.A. in Health and Physical Education.  An experienced elementary school teacher, Patrick has taught both gifted and talented and remedial programs for the past eight years. Patrick has been a competitive swimming and soccer coach and, maintains his First Aid, CPR, AED, Lifeguard and Water Safety instructor certificates as well as his Red Cross Instructional Certificates.  Patrick has been at Summer Hill since its inception, and ensures that the Summer Hill adheres to the high standards set forth by his family back in the early 1980s.

Nancy Bullock, who holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, has been our curriculum specialist and Head Teacher for the past 22 years.  Nancy has set a standard for excellence that has become the cornerstone of our program.  Nancy is an exceptionally gifted teacher, who truly exemplifies the child centered approach to education

Anne Simon, Summer Hill Assistant Director, has a degree in Therapeutic Recreation and is a former supervisor for the Monmouth County Parks System. Anne taught preschool for many years and has developed a wide range of educational and recreational activities. Anne has experience supervising and administering programs for children and maintains her Red Cross First Aid and CPR Instructor’s Certificate. Her creativity and sensitivity to children has been a wonderful asset to our program.

Cris Pasterchick, Office Manager and Teacher has her degree in Early Childhood Education and Music. These combined with her excellent administrative and organizational skills make her an integral member of our staff.  Cris handles all our registrations.
